Sword and shield for me. Is there any word on them bringing back some of the weapons that were removed? Maybe as DLC? I really wanted to try the dual blades.

Once you master the Long Sword in MH3, there is pretty much no stopping you, the only bad thing is you can't block, but it has the highest dps combo in the game once it's built up that you can keep spamming until you need to sharpen your weapon. The Switch Axe is decent if you can figure out the combo as well since you can do infinite Axe/Sword combo with it for a shit ton of damage. Not a big fan of blocking weapons in general, Great Sword too slow, Sword Shield too weak, and Lance just blows in MH3 compared to other weapons in general. Hammer is OK and a good beginner weapon.

I always go with sword and shield in pretty much every game I play.



If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)
