I'd buy a DSi XL just for this cus I still have the DS phat, it has a broken hinge but it still works. Anyway by looking at the video this looks awsome, I'm impressed.. by the way I used the Wii to type this. :]

No you need nothing besides your DS-i and the game...it will be a DS-i Title .

You'll also need a room with good ilumination since there's no motion sensors here.

 

I wonder if this will work flawlessly in the various types of possible environments the camera is pointed to.

It will make 2d games rich and more complex. WTF is Nintendo doing? Why haven't they made a game like this yet?

--- I have to question whether it does actually need glasses. Isn't it the same "technology" idea as traditional 3d football cards and stuff like that?

Kinda sorta not really.  It looks like the camera is used to just the angle at which you're viewing the screen from, and then the 3D area is rotated depending on that angle.
