I throw My Blu-Ray Discs every where and still It doesn't get scratched.

I am fussy when it comes to games, only I am allowed to touch them as I don't smudge or scratch them, when i sold my COD4 to someone, they basically said to me it was like brand new.

You could always just return the disc... I mean why wouldn't you check it out when you bought it?

I remember a Disney's Atlantis game that I found in a box of cereal. I sandpapered the motherfucker, cut it with a knife, popped it back into the CD drive and installed it. It worked fine.

That is weird . Because I have had at least 3 bad experiences with dmaged BDs. Two of them were on Planet Earth where entire 15 minute sections were just unwatchable, the other on Watchmen.

I'm still going to buy used games.

At EB games they sell the used copy for 5 dollars cheaper than the new copy. I think that's ridiculous. I would never pay for the cheaper one that comes with a dirty case and potentially damaged disc. I hate those dirty cases that are scratched to shit, also the price tag is impossible to remove without leaving the sticky residue
