leave him be , he didn't say "Get MAG instead", i did, but damn fucking sake i was only suggesting and i only said "Because its addictive as hell" , i didn't "insult" any other game or said it pisses over them,  i just suggested it.

plus for your info FKNetwork , i've been a Battlefield player from the start, the only Battlefield game i do not own is the futuristic one.

I don't want to be a grammar nazi, but I'm having trouble understanding you...

I don't care so much about him suggesting MAG, but the fact that he's saying that Bad Company 2 is the same game as Modern Warfare 2.

Oh yes, that looks amazing too, I won't know what to do first on March 5th lol, If it's anything like the first games single player I will LOVE it, I know its a lot more serious this time round but I think that is a good thing tbh.

So, is it a thumbs up so far or thumbs down?!?

What did you like about the first one, then I might be able to comment on it :)

I never suggest MAG because I do not consider MAG to be close to a good game as MW2 or what BFBC2 is going to be based on what I have seen. BFBC2 is War shooter whether you choose to believe it or not. So is MAG, MW2, COD4, BF2. They are not the same game but they are War shooters. I do not know about you, but do not like buying the same type of games one after another especially when it comes to multiplayer shooters.

This is not about MW2>BFBC2 or BFBC2>MW2 which obviously you are assuming that's where I am going with this He is asking if he should get BFBC2. Obviously if he wants to get it he should but if he isn't sure then he should obviously consider his option. Consider that there is a variety of good games out there than he can go to his local store and get. Like Mass Effect 2 with EA discount.

I can't give a shit about MAG>BC2. All I'm going to fucking twist your balls for is to say that MW2 and BC2 are the same type of games. The gameplay is completely different, and it shows by how many COD n00bs are trying to use the grenade launcher exclusively, sniping together in the same proximity, and shooting tanks with machineguns.

Genres encompass a huge variety of gameplay. MW2 is about twitching and using all these fucking super powerups. BC2 is about cover, objectives, destructible environments, vehicles, etc.

It's like me dismissing Final Fantasy by saying it's just another RPG, or fantasy game.

 

It is an insult to even say that Bad Company 2 is in the same boat as Modern Warfare 2. A game meant for frat boys and casuals that simply want to enjoy rewards without any effort.

You do know it was a figure of speech right? Please don't dismiss my entire reply with a sentence. It's rude that I took the time to read and respond to your post fully, and you don't.

And I'll advise against getting two multiplayer games at the same time. I'll advocate getting a singleplayer centric game and a multiplayer game, if one really wants to buy 2 games at the same time (which I don't approve of in the first place).

Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2 And MAG are all great shooters for the ps3. You'll find quicker games on MAG right now though

Our discussion will not go beyond this because you and I don't agree with each other and that's the end of it. Considering this thread has nothing to do with COD< / > BF I have no reason to argue with you. To you BFBC2 > MW2 just as I prefer COD over BF. I made a mistake replying to your first attack where you had already showed some serious rage for me being a COD player posting in this thread (BF related) and then followed with another one. I did not join this forum to get myself involved in internet fights.
