If you could choose your own death, how would you like to leave the world?

Personally I would want to die at the age of 68 by collapsing just after completing a rigorous traitholon that all the young whipper snappers thought I was too old to compete in.

OR...

I want to be lost at sea sailing my own private vessel. I admit I stole the idea from a John Mayer interview but there is just something so mysterious and romantic about being lost at sea.

No one can tell the time of his/her death. It is up to the ind to live life to the fullest. As for me, I would rather die from saving a life or in the service of my country.

By turning my car on while I'm in the garage (with the garage doors shut). I heard Carbon Monoxide poisoning is a painless way to die. You first get knocked unconscious by the Carbon Dioxide and lack of Oxygen, then the Carbon Monoxide kills you while you're unconscious.
