You're always going to have this problem with new people who join and don't realize you track sold, not shipped.. Should be a giant disclaimer on the signup page to tell people or something.

that's a bit harsh styll :/ new ppl don't know just like i never knew when i first joined maybe their should be a sign somewhere stating sold vs shipped for newcomers or their will always be threads about it. Can't stop the world with a warning, their is still crime in the streets even with police around :P
