Haha thanks, you learn something new everyday. You have to see Leo on your walls a few day though, sorry for that.

I remember you from somewhere and I've been constantly thinking about it. I don't sign up to non-gaming sites in general and I remember we were talking about games from time to time so it must be a gaming forum. Checked Neogaf and you don't seem to be a member there. What else? PC vs Consoles site comes to my mind. Were you a member there? It was a nice little forum. Maybe Gamespot?

      x
Well haven't written on too many forums. My main one for awhile was Moviecodec but that has been years. And then for a little while it was a forum called PVC, but it wasn't very much on that site. And that was a hell of a long time ago in like 2008-2009 haha. Oh bringing me back now.

OK, PVC it is then. I can't believe how much time has passed, it was nearly six years ago. Sorry for bothering you my friend, I am obsessed with little things like this :).

Hey it is no bother at all. I like reminiscing just as much as the next guy. Yeah I went to PVC at around the same time as I started coming here. Mainly because they had a great catalog of NPD sales so was handy. Was just unfortunate how MS biased that entire forum was haha.

      on 21 February 2014

      x
Haha, totally forgot about it. The founder of the site, Steve, was the definition of biased, though he was a really funny guy. And there was a guy I can't remember the name, with a tag MSFT shareholder, he was only talking about Microsoft financials and making crazy Xbox predictions. Good times.

I actually remember you for your level-headed posts :).

Oh that would be gripper. He was about as crazy as crazy comes. At first I thought he was a troll until I talked to him one on one and found out he was just a psychopath haha.

And I try to be level-headed... most of the time. I mean I was a lot younger then so looking back at old posts sometimes I was less level-headed and more arrogant but I have calmed with age haha. I definitely much prefer this site to PVC although it has its crazies as well. I just ignore them haha. And stay away from the off-topic section haha.

Did you use that same username at PVC btw?

      on 21 February 2014

      x
Yeah, that was indeed Gripper. I never believed he was a troll because he was really passionate about the stuff he was saying, it was just that he was passionate about some seriously stupid stuff hehe.

True that I've never seen you in a serious argument. I try to do the same and I generally only talk about games here, but sometimes the war going on around here affects me from time to time :). I spend most of my time here in the Vita thread.

My name there was either Nathan_Drake or NathanDrake (or NateDrake), I think around the time I signed up there, we were getting the first info about Uncharted 2. You won't remember me because I didn't post much there, probably a couple hundred at most, I was mostly a reader.

      on 21 February 2014

      x
Yea I don't recall the name. But of course, my memory is not the best. I remember usually insignificant and obscure things rather than important ones haha.

But I am sure you will see me get into a few serious ones here if I continue to contribute. I actually hadn't posted on this forum for about a year or so until Outlawauron, who is my best friend in real life, kinda got me back into it.

And I guess I don't go to the Vita thread all that often. But I do have a Vita, it just doesn't get used... at all haha. Not a big handheld gamer I suppose. My 3DS has really only been used for Fire Emblem and Pokemon haha.

      on 21 February 2014

      x
Well, as you can see I don't exactly recall my name there either :).

I can understand why you don't play Vita much, if you have most of the consoles out there (it seems you do) Vita doesn't offer much groundbreaking stuff. It is a combination of little things that makes Vita a great console for me, but if you don't care about handheld gaming much it offers little to change your mind. Though I spend very little time at home (busy year) so it is a perfect companion device.

I'm off the internet for today. Thanks for the chat for now, Zucas., it was nice talking to you again.

Your picture is so irritating I'll stop coming to this site man. Please change it, personal request.

I do have a strange phobia.
