Hey man, did you not get my message with your LBP and GOW Tags?
Well, i will eventually own a ps3, and i already have a wii, 360, DS
I got a "B". I think it took 9 or 10 turns. I usually make a "C" or a "D" because of carelessnes.
Well, the aftermath of that battle was surprising. I'm kinda sorry I won that one.
You mean that thread that you destroyed? Thanks a lot!
speaking of dragon age, the EA store is having a sale. $20 for DAO, $22.46 for awakening, or both for $35.94. Expires on the 8th. PC only :)
Financially.......... Sega have never had anywhere near the amount of money that Nintendo have, and as for Sony, well, Sega's money was small fry compared to a multi billion corporation, and by the way, if it wasn't for the Wii then don't you think that Nintendo would be in trouble now too? Gamecube
Also, the console ports of DA were outsourced, not done in-house.
I'm not really a graphics whore either, I still like a lot of PS2 games and think they look great. But I played DA on PS3 first, and it looked TERRIBLE and buggy and the interface wasn't that great. I remember I was talking to Morrigan and her lips were moving, but there was no sound. After that, I got the PC version and it was way better.
Dragon Warrior was the first game in the Dragon Quest series, on NES... really old haha. I suck at SRPGs, so I never play them, unfortunately. Don't expect much out of DA graphics, and play it on PC :)
My first RPG was Dragon Warrior, that I never finished. The music from that game is permanently embedded in my brain, probably because I was so young. The first RPG I ever finished was FF8, which I bought because I had a crush on Squall lol. See, it's important to have attractive main characters! :p
Did you play ME2? My first playthrough, I went for Garrus because I liked him even in the first game, but he wasn't an option then, and I started a 2nd playthrough for Thane, but I got annoyed with the retarded AI on hard mode.
Or it could be that I got so overwhelmed with things to do that I just gave up haha. I liked ME2 and Dragon Age a lot, though, the former because... it's sort of a sci-fi dating sim LOL and the latter because of the character interactions and tactical aspect.
RPG's are great, except I don't like open world ones, or at least I don't like Oblivion that much. I don't have a strong enough incentive to continue when the story is so open. In fact in earlier FFs when the game opened up, I usually left the game for a year or two before continuing, so I didn't mind so much that FF13 was so linear.
Yeah it's just not for me. I need to be able to sympathize with the character I'm controlling to some extent to enjoy the game, otherwise I'd be more tempted to throw him off a cliff LOL
You mean scythe? ;p I haven't played GoW3 yet, and I'm not sure I will. It passes that threshold of meaness and gory violence that I can't take, it makes me feel bad for the enemies and not like Kratos at all. I have GoW1 and I still haven't finished it. I may one day borrow Collection and 3 from my friend, though, just to experience the game design elements.
see where you are and I got confused between Ryu and the enemies all the time until I unlocked his traditional blue costume.
I didn't really like the Dante's Inferno demo, maybe because it felt very GoW-ish. I liked the Ninja gaiden sigma 2 demo and got the game, but many of the boss fights are just lame. You just stand there and shoot with your bow/cannon until it dies, with the occasional dodge in between. Also I don't like how his normal costume is all black and the enemies are also in black, makes it really hard to
