what's your favorite action/rpg of all time ?

I'd say Morrowind, not that I find it better than a lot of other games but through the fact that I virtually lived in Balmora for years, hunting Nix houns for food and whatnot....

    VGChartz 2.0 - the aftermath!

in Website Topics on 25 May 2009

I'm still unhappy with it, too bloated and too slow and too dark. Game trailers have a flash on the main page but it is using a lot less resources than the one on vgchartz. Another thing is that scrolling in the forums is really sluggish on my machine, compared to most other forums that I regularly visit....

The toughest games ever.. according to GameDaily

in Gaming Discussion on 14 April 2009

Very very very strange list, Zelda II was one of the first games ever I played all the way through. I only played the first Ninja Gaiden and that one I consider far more easy than 90% of the Mega Man games. Kid Icarus is IMO a lot easier than Metroid however harder than both Zelda II and NG, and they're not even on the list....

Well, after the release of AoL it should be pretty clear who's who. I never thought that Link was Zelda because I read the manual before I played the game for the first time. However, back in the days I thought that Pit's name was Kid Icarus....

in Nintendo Discussion on 03 February 2009

If you ever tried using an emulator for N64 games, it is really hard to get back to the "real thing" - be it N64 or downloaded on Wii. On an emulator you are able to play the games without any jaggies at all. Mind that I'm not a graphics nerd, I think that the graphics capabilities of the Wii is "good enough" except the fact that it cannot properly scale and output the games in 1080p. I do not...
