Why do so many people here believe they are infallible? If you have never studied something then why on earth argue it? All that shows is people lack a strong education as they do not understand the scientific method, y'know, that thing that enlightened humanity. Please, explain why I'm illogical.

No it's just no fun debating with you because even if you made a ridiculous statement you just won't admit that it was illogical.
I've just read your debate with millenium in that James Cameron thread and basically everyone was against you and it took you about 4 replies until you admitted that Titanic won 11 Academy Awards and not 14.
You think "we" (the users on this forum) believe we're infallible - in case that is true, you're most likely the king of all of us.
Don't just blindly say that it's the users fault. Maybe, just maybe you're (at least part of) the problem.

So your answer to "How am I illogical" is "Cuz your won't admit you are"? Seriously?
I corrected myself about the Oscars when it was mentioned but my point remained; that it was a critically acclaimed film, as millennium was claiming people disliked it.
How is that illogical? Me mistaking 14 wins instead of 11 isn't illogical, it's a mistake...
Can you justify why you argue about things you do not understand? Do you even know what the scientific method is?

I study history, so I know how to use scientific methods. However stubbornness when you're wrong is not one of them.

Obviously you do not know how to use the scientific method it's a way of thinking; referring to the plural would suggest specific applications of it showing you don't actually know what it is.

I question how good you can be at any subject when you devote so much time to gaming. . And it's not that you play games. Its that you probably do nothing other then play games. At 16, okay, but at 21 you sound like you're on the route to becoming the South Park WoW guy...That is going to ruin you in the outside world as your social skills will probably be on par with a brick. You've already demonstrated a startling level of arrogance.
