Hehe, a lot of people have pretty one-track lists. Nothing wrong with that, though. :-)1. New Super Mario Bros Wii (Wii)2. Mass Effect II (360)3. Brutal Legend (PS3)4. Scibblenauts (DS)5. Starcraft II (PC)...

Is New Super Mario Bros. Wii Nintendo’s reaction to Sony’s LittleBigPlanet?

in Gaming Discussion on 11 July 2009

I love how on the internet, unless you are familiar with the author, well written satire is indistinguishable from really retarded posts.I honestly have NO CLUE WHATSOEVER of if this is hilarious satire or among the more retarded things I've seen in a while....

Really Hardcore games do not sell on any console, in order for game to be extremely succesful it needs to capture casual players.   Look at the sales of Ico or Okami on the PS2 Kinda like Final Fantasy VI or HaloI?....Not...

in Nintendo Discussion on 06 July 2009

THQ... Don't they make All Star Cheer Squad, Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader, and a bunch of other crappy games? The only good game I associate with their name is STALKER.This sounds like the same old story of a company producing a crap "casual" game like All Star Cheer Squad, and assuming it will sell on the Wii because, ya know, everyone knows Wii owners buy any crappy game with the word...

Anyone else think they should finally change the "X-Box" name?

in Microsoft Discussion on 04 July 2009

IIRC, it was originally just a code name, (like Revolution), and a shortening of "DirectXBox". For whatever reason, they decided to keep it.That being said, it's not a terrible name, better than PlayStation (which sounds like a gay bar, hehe :-), IMO. It has brand recognition, and that's an important thing....

You idiots! New Super Mario Bros. Wii is not a port.

in Nintendo Discussion on 04 July 2009

KylieDog said:It looks like was intially for the DS and ported/tweaked some. The visuals are terrible. A few gaming websites have staff who agree with this. It's a 2D game (gameplay-wise). I have the feeling there are people out there who would say the visuals are terrible no matter what just because of that.   Judging by how good the original Mario Bros was, I'd be willing...

I can't tell you how many times I have played 4-player mode on NSMB. Oh wait...i can't tell you because it never happened. :[ Don't you love the part in NSMB where you shake the DS...

Analyst: "The Wii is already past its prime days."

in Sales Discussion on 29 June 2009

I don't think the Wii is past it's Prime days yet, especially with the imminent release of MPT. Once the Other M is released, then the Wii will certainly be past it's Prime days, but they shall remain a glorious memory....

Never really payed attention to the story in Halo, just played it for multiplayer. I miss dual-wielding Needlers though....
