(It has six years since I lwas last able to enjoy alcoholic drinks on a regular basis as I've had to live the last several years in a "dry" county; however, I used to enjoy Guinness, Chartreuse, Jagermeister (good at the holidays mixed with custard or eggnog = Hieronog), Bailey's Irish Cream, and red wine which is especially good on Friday Nights with Filet Mignon. I've always wanted to be able to try absinthe, but as of yet, have not been able to do so.
