Hello! You are cordially invited to join our community for the fourth, and likely last, Wii Secret Santa event! If you're interested, just PM me or post in this thread:
by December 20th.
Alternatively, if you're more into PC gaming at the moment, you can join us for VGChartz' third Steam Secret Santa event instead. Just PM me, or post in this thread:
by the 20th.
Either way, have a happy holiday season, and see you around the forums!
How much further you have to go in your studies? I have considered going back for a second Masters, but hard to do with little ones running around.
I lurk too mostly, occasionally I'll find a thread I'll post in, but I agree - the community here is cyclical, and right now I don't feel like discussion is what is really wanted here, just angst filled debate it seems like.
Good to hear from you though, and I'm glad all is going well with you. Good luck on your studies - graduate and change the world! One person can always make a difference.

If someone can't be bothered to go through the vast amounts of research that has been done or is too dull to comprehend what it means, a few paragraphs in a video game forum definitely won't convince them. "and as far me not supporting a theory without concrete evidence even though the scientific community says otherwise? That's a...

Occupation: University Student
Zodiac sign: Leo
Favourite Music: I'm not tied down to any genre. I handpick random songs. However, I detest mainstream music these days with a passion.
That said, most of my music falls under the metal category. I like old-school rap and hip-hop. But like I said before, I listen to anything (alternative, pop, disco, classical, house, trance, techno...even country)
Favourite Books: Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Of Mice and Men, The Good Earth, Fight Club...too many to list.
Favourite Food: Italian, Mexican, Indian, Arab, Turkish, BBQ, Persian, Chinese.
Pretty varied, and I'm always ready to try new food.
Hobbies: Wallowing in boredom.
About Me: I'm a nice guy.
Been a gamer since I was a little kid, thanks to my older brothers. They're also the reason I'm familiar with old games that most folks around my age don't know of.
Oh, and long live Nintendo, Sega, and Sony!
