    At least you guys in the USA/Australia have unemployment benefits and minimum wage. Over here in Singapore, there is no unemployment benefit. You get paid $4.50 SGD per hour if you work at McDonalds. A fresh graduate would be considered lucky if he/she gets a job in a bank and is paid $2000 SGD and works 12 hours or more a day. If you're jobless, there is no unemployment benefit....
