its basicly a protein powder dont get to excited about the name..lol. i used creatine several years ago its crap!! waste of money!!
i also use a supplement called ampalaya plus this pill cleanses the lactic acid from my body completely i dont have that aching feeling during my workout. pfft water works aswell its all good. theres zinc and iron i take.. i can go on and on..
you should visit Seattle in the summer its awesome!!
New York and Vegas has the best nightclubs though, but seattle is alright
i take alot of supplements before i workout i always take my vitamins D, b-12,k, anything that helps my blood flow faster.
for protiens i drink 100% whey p, and syntha - 6 , i also have builders p bar 20 g. those are good.
Eating chicken, fish, beef, is just as good for protiens.
im beat!! went clubbin last nite. my entire bod is soree, i still hear musiq inside my ears, and i have a hot date tommorow, lol!...its good to be me agian!!
