I gotta fight a fat guy in a few hours. Goodbye. UPDATE: Never underestimate fat guys.

in General Discussion on 24 March 2012

Honestly, if 'honor' were really something to be had - you would have lost it by making this into such a spectacle. I mean seriously, think about it. You're childish for letting words escalate to violence (with poorly constructed insults at that). Every person on this board offering you fighting tips and goading you on is doing you a disservice. You are clearly a misguided, foolish, juvenile,...

    1. Yeah that happened to me a bunch, I changed the melee button to A so the motion didn't screw up my viewing.2. I was stuck there for a while, what I did was wait behind the wall until I could kill one of the enemies and grab their strike rifle, then wait and pick of the exploding guys before I start running up with a charged shot. Then I run up, shooting off any stragglers, and throw a grenade...

Hey everyone add me, I'm sick of playing against hackers. 1075-8600-7481. I will be on every day for the next several months, and my Wii Speak is set to arrive on wednesday!I had to start a new profile so I wasn't "Mr. Ford" online. This is my first FPS and I love it! I was playing since day one online without knowing how to lock onto people..... haha. I actually am pretty good at free aiming now...

List of Cheaters/Hackers in The Conduit.

in Nintendo Discussion on 29 June 2009

Janitor and Dreadpool are both hackers, using unlimited health, ammo, and a "teleportation" type movement. It wasn't lag, on a couple occasions they simply were shooting at other people while not moving- I shot them repeatedly and they didn't lose any health. Also I was in a free for all match of 6, all 5 of my opponents were hacking. It was pretty disheartening. ...

Why Fox is beating the other networks/Tea Party

    Sexual Orientation vs. Race

in General Discussion on 04 April 2009

The argument for furthering rights for people of the homosexual orientation has been recently, and for years before this, been compared to race issues. Someone with skin in a different shade was born that way, so therefore they deserve equal rights. Openly gay people say that they were born that way, and gradually realized their orientation throughout their life, and experiences. Regardless of...

If you represented the wealthy 1% of wage earners in the US

in General Discussion on 04 March 2009

Yeah. I doubt anyone likes paying taxes. I'm all for paying taxes on only what you buy. Acquisitions by the wealthy would naturally account for a much greater percentage of total taxes, while those with less buying power would have less taxes to pay as a result. Besides, the tax bracket system (unfair in my opinion) would be solved. The percentage would be the same- the volume of taxes would be...

If you represented the wealthy 1% of wage earners in the US

in General Discussion on 03 March 2009

What percentage of your income would you be willing to pay in taxes? That is, at what percentage would you feel you were being overtaxed? Additionally, if you had the choice would you prefer that a percentages of the taxes you paid went to the source of your choice? (Philanthropic ventures, alternative energy investment, etc.)...

Does iPhone/iPod Touch gaming compare to DS/PSP?

in General Discussion on 03 January 2009

I believe that it might. There are certain games, such as SimCity, Rolando, Super Monkey Ball, and others that are thriving on the platform. There are upcoming games like Need For Speed that provide promise for the future of the platform. Where I think the iPod touch and iPhone really shine in terms of gaming, is through games like BurnBall. BurnBall is a wonderful example of a first time game...

    iPhone/iPod Touch Games: BurnBall Competition

in Gaming Discussion on 03 January 2009

For everyone on this site interested in an incredibly polished game in the same vein as Qix and Dr. Awesome, you should check out the game BurnBall. Recently the developer Tim Haines hosted a competition with $350 for the highest score and $150 for a random entry. I won :). I thought I'd give everyone a heads up on this site that the next competition starts once the facebook group reaches 300...

in Gaming Discussion on 26 August 2008

"Time to move onBut despite all of this, and despite the brilliant Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart on the Wii and Super Paper Mario on the DS, I have reached the inescapable conclusion that Nintendo should start thinking it would be better off looking to the next big thing."Did anyone catch anything wrong with that part there?I had no idea super paper mario was on the DS!That kinda makes me sick?...

Matt Casamassina walks away impressed with Wii Sports Resort Wall of Text

in Nintendo Discussion on 16 July 2008

Yeah, I can't say that I'm not bitterly dissapointed. IGN has some great comments from Miyamoto though, for the better or worse "storage solution will be talked about in the not too distant future" (as in not at e3 dammit) New super mario bros team in action, as well as pikmin. and when IGN asked him straight up to make another Galaxy, shiggy said "leave it to me"They gotta have ONE core game...

in Nintendo Discussion on 16 July 2008

E3 2008: Hands-on Wii Sports Resort It works. It actually works. by Matt Casamassina July 15, 2008 - Ever since we first played with the Wii remote and swung a virtual tennis racket or hit a virtual baseball, we threw out terminology like 1:1 control ratios and real-time manipulation. But the Wii remote never quite delivered on the promise it first showed, namely because the built-in...

Why do people keep saying animal crossing is hardcore?

in Nintendo Discussion on 15 July 2008

Animal Crossing is one of the most casual videogame series ever created in my opinion. You can run around! Fish! Find Bugs! Talk to animals! Fill a house with stuff! I find it a good diversion for a half hour at a time, but I can never get into it enough for an extended play. What about Animal Crossing makes it hardcore?...
