Hey, any ideas on what your next piece will be? idea. I've been eyeing Yiruma however. I may learn something from him next

    on 09 December 2017

    Any progress? ^^

    on 21 March 2018

I took a pretty long break off. I finished a few pieces from Yiruma, and at the moment I'm doing 'Alla Turca' and the second movement of Beethoven's Pathetique sonata. It's been going pretty well. The past several weeks I've been focusing on other stuff quite a bit

It's cool. I added you as a friend btw. Even though we disagree on politics alot, I imagine I'd agree with ya on some policy stuff and issues.

I respect a person more if we can disagree without hating each other. In a world where politics commonly resorts to insults and generalizations, I'm glad to discuss topics without worrying about you doing that. Happily accepted the request

You can't just steer yourself away from political threads for a bit to cool off? Seriously, I don't want people (even the ones I disagree with alot) getting banned over things they can just ease off for a bit.

As I said, I don't spend much time on it anymore. However, the post intentionally seeked out specific responses and ignored other information surrounding the issue. I'll criticize regardless of the consequences. We've seen enough fucking garbage threads that are simply hating on one side, and I'm not the only person who thinks that.

    on 15 September 2017

Here's the thing. You guys make trump pinata threads all the don't give me that shit the threads we create to criticize progressive's agenda or craziness is somehow garbage threads. We debate and converse about the topics. Ya guys gotta learn how to deal with it. I'm just trying to give ya some advice so you're not banned over stupid shit.

    on 16 September 2017

I haven't made a Trump thread in quite some time. I'd be fine with banning anything that is a pinata fest.

Felt like you'd either love or hate this lol

Only thing I hate is that I've never seen this until now.

Haha I'm glad you liked it! Editing got really good at the end

Continuing the conversation on that thread:

The other day someone said to me how horrible it would be for a kid to see a gay couple kissing. I couldn't believe I had to explain something so simple to an adult. It's not like kids see heterossexual couples kissing, right? xD

most of the neanderthals who are homophobic aren't even religious. They just religion as an excuse to bash gays. Most of the homophobic people I know cherrypick whatever suits their agenda. They ignore 99% of their commands, but will only become a saint if it means they can be assholes.

    on 04 June 2017

Yeah, I see that sometimes too (people using religion as an excuse even when they aren't religious people). That sucks. Thankfully things are getting better overall (I think).

There are more people supporting equal rights. Unfortunately, the rotten apples seem to stand out more than the others. Guess we just have to do our part and not contribute

    on 04 June 2017

That's right. It's important to focus on the good parts (the people that do their parts) to discourage prejudice.

Is the implementation of a 'like' system beneficial of detrimental?

in Website Topics on 16 April 2018

It's been awhile since I've been on here, and to my surprise I saw a like system on the forum threads. At first, I didn't give it much thought, but I'm not sure if this will be beneficial in the long run.   A like/dislike system is flawed whether it has likes only or dislikes too. Seeing social media (Facebook, Youtube, etc.) with likes only and sites with likes/dislikes (Reddit) shows...
