On Super Paper Mario: I've played all three, love the first two and SPM was a huge letdown. The gameplay was repetitive and the level design was uninspiring, and the RPG battles are completely gone for no good reason. The composers were also different so the music (a big part for me) was forgettable. On the positive side the writing was still good and funny. It wasn't a bad game but I was relieved to see them return to a turn based RPG on the 3DS game.
