Ever notice that as part of Princess Peaches rotation she actually winks?

Even on the SNES using such limited hardware in an amazing new way Nintendo managed to not only bring the Mario Characters to life in a fake 3d world.... but also keep them alive as the Mario characters and give them personality.

(also Koopa troopa eyes going up and down make me lol at him being daft)

So much attention to detail. They squeezed everything possible out of the hardware.

3 and a half megahertz of processing power and they managed to even take the time to add a wink though... games today have literally billions of times that processing power and can't stop characters from having their face implode or fall through their world at 15fps.

Definitely. The pursuit of power is an empty one.

Imagine a game like Smash Bros...

super_etecoon said: Serious question: How did Playstation AllStars Battle Royale turnout? Did they capture the Smash magic? Were there great characters, and how was the roster in general? They tried too hard to be "not Smash Bros." and the mechanics suffered. There is no damage. Basic attacks only build up a special meter, and only these special attacks can kill opponents. It's not...

Most immersive way to play is with the Pokeball but the best way to play as far as functionality though is Joy Cons. With the Pokeball you don't have access to other buttons like Y and such which allow u to go into options menu and Pokebox. So I've started playing a bit...

$11/day is about $330/month, which is well below the poverty line in Australia, which is roughly $1876/month. Even the homeless in Australia would spend more than $11/day. These numbers are complete garbage. ...
