I'm unsure what everyone is up in arms for. I think this empowers the consumer. Scale seems to be the factor that is putting most people off. I don't get that; all the same benefits are there. What do I care how much money a company has. If a practice benefits me in any way, I'm happy. On another note, I thought Tamron's post was both edifying and bang on....

What's the reference point? Why would the default position be male? What possible reason would anyone have in thinking that the idea of having a female lead in Horizon was contrived? I think you're looking more into something that simply isn't there. I see no reason why sex would play a role in importance of character, given what we've seen....
