It is a issue. But the thing is, I've never seen this mentioned before. I've never seen anyone talking about this problem? No-one reads the EULA enough to get that. And in 1-2 years when their Wii blows up, they buy a 2nd wii... and cant get their games on it. Their gonna be MAD. What do they do? How do they fix that problem?
The way the Wii is made everything is linked directly to the Wii.
It is a genius system for Nintendo.
Instead of buying a 2nd machine from nintendo which costs them money to make, they just send you a refurb, that cost them almost nothing... yet they charged you 150$. Which is CHEAP for you compared to re-buying 500$ of VC games.
Will you be pissed at Nintendo? Yes. Did you just pay 150$ for a refurbished machine, when you could buy a new one for 200$? Yes.
