Let's pretend MS can make all their devs launch a game in the next 3 years. They will have 14 games, is that enough for Xcloud to function? Nope.

So don't pretend like Xbox have a rich catalog. Third parties are over 90% of that and if they don't allow their game won't be on the service, just as what is happening with NVIDIA.

I’d say it’s more then 1 game a piece. Ninja Theory making 3 games now. playground 2, Obsidian 2. What about all 1st party games (and published) ones from the 360 and Xbox One gens? Throw in a partnership with a major publisher like EA and you have something so long as the infrastructure is solid. I’m optimistic :)

Yes people will pay for the sub to play X360 games, and a few X1 gems... you can inflate your numbers as much as you want and even add EA. For Xcloud or any other service like that to really work they will need plenty of titles and variety and for that they are all tied to the same problem of these publishers playing ball. Meaning that in this sense Xbox (nor anyone) really have a leg over anyone else. Perhaps Nintendo could have their stream service with their exclusives and have a big success (if they had a good infrastructure for online and streaming, which we know they don't have).
