Yes, for two reasons
First, there will likely be a slower adoption to next gen. Last time we had a ton of cross-gen releases. Third party developers have become more risk adverse with the advent of HD, and this will be the same for the 9th generation machines. In fact, with the Coronavirus potentially hurting supply of next-gen systems you may see formally Gen 9 titles becoming cross platform. This will obviously mean more ports coming to Switch.
Second, Japanese developers. Switch has done very well in Japan as well as abroad. Nintendo has never struggled to get third party support from Japan and this will likely continue. Keep in mind developers were not willing to develop for Switch initially due to how poorly the Wii U sold. There are probably some titles that started development in 2017 and 2018 that would be coming out now.
