Even if it was a PS5 exclusive it probably wouldn't look any better because you can clearly they're working with pretty avarage assets which no hardware is magically going to make look good. Many devs will not have the know how or budget to actually produce games distinctly better then current gen. Essentially we'll be seeing plenty of PS4 quality games with settings on max (which isn't a bad thing), but its not a PC multiplatform vs exclusive thing. Agree, that's basically what i am trying to say. Multiplatform games especially that launched with new next gen console usually developed close to old hardware that close to PS4 instead of next gen due to uncertainty factor.
