Yes, they will probably do a Switch specific version of Monster Hunter. Their next inevitable big budget MHW sequel will probably be PS5/XBX/PC.

Yeah I think off-shoots, of the mainline games (MHW) will come, so the Switch also gets a MH game.

The main focus and quality going forwards for MH will probably be xb+ps+pc, like you said.
The sales numbers MHW did, means it doesnt make sense to do any differnt.
