Rumor: Xbox Scarlet Devkit is late behind the schedule to surprise Sony

We re less than a year away.... and hardly anyone has a xbox scarlet dev kit?
And its hardware isnt finalise yet?

To surprise sony? I dont buy it.
Also some people must have ones, since they can all agree the PS5 dev kit is currently faster.
