The PS4 should have November sales similar to last year (so 1.3-1.4m units). Sony puts a cap on how many bundles are sold and their downward revision of PS4 shipments for the current fiscal year does not suggest an increase in the number of PS4s available for Black Friday deals.

Also worth noting: Benji speaks in the context of consoles sold at Gamestops across the USA, so the ratio of the sales he's seeing is probably not the same as across all US retailers combined. But in any case, expect November sales to be similar to last year.

Last November had the Cyber monday included, this year it won't. Because of that, general November sales should be weaker than last year, including PS4 sales.

I can see over 1 million but should be well under last year 1.48 million

2020 predictions: NSW 21m, PS5 6m, XSX 4.5m, PS4 9m, XB1 3m
(PS5 and XSX predictions will most likely change after we know enough about them)
