I guess. I know Nintendo is the publisher, but PlatinumGames knows the progress of the development of Bayo 3 so they should be able to communicate with Nintendo on when they are ready to show footage.
And you know Nintendo. Whether its right or not from our perspective, they determine what they are ready to show. That's why they will not show much of their 2020 plans until the year hits. That's been their way for decades.
