Releasing a new version of 8 minute abs isn't suddenly going to make that the hot new fitness craze again because people have already been there, done that. 

I agree fitness fads come and go but that's plural ie there will be another fad at some point. It's probably better for Nintendo to try a different approach for 'fitness' whereas a new sports game has to have Golf, Tennis and Bowling.
