I'm expecting Gears 5 to have 70%+ digital ratio not including Game Pass. Looks to be evidence early access for Gears 5 is leading to some sales cannibalization as well. Hard to say

Gears 5 should have record number of users at launch. Between Game Pass and evidence Gears 5 had strong performance on Steam it will have huge engagement numbers
Physical sales comparisons to past entries could look ugly. Gears 5 will drive a lot of subs though so worth it for MS

Unit sales may not appear hugely impressive on surface but this is the future of MS business model. Game Pass metrics are massive and internally this is looked at as one of the best performances ever for Gears franchise
