(Didn't find another thread about this, so I thought I'd open one.)
Seems like only Europe and Japan are affected (https://nintendo-online.de/wiiu/news/36718/bayonetta-bayonetta-2-verschwinden-bald-aus-dem-wii-u-eshop). You'll still be able to buy the games digital in other regions.
Weird move from Nintendo. Why would this be necessary? It's the DKC: Tropical Freeze situation all over again. Was this ever resolved btw?
