I use my phone as a 4G LTE hotspot for my home/everywhere-internet (with a static IP for gaming), and I get 24-80 Mbps (3-10MBps downloads.) Although I live in a major metropolitan area. When 5G is built out on my network I would be disappointed if the speed only improved to 13MB/s unless that was a consistent speed. But if you live in a rural area with sketchy internet access, that sounds pretty great.
