Well okay then. I wasn't aware the Xbox one had N64 hardware in it! That's pretty awesome.

There are Universal Windows Apps that allow for Nintendo 64/SNES/NES emulation.
I actually played around with it a couple years ago.

I think today you need to side-load emulators on the Xbox One, but in short... Hacking isn't required for any of it.
