Maybe that Azure is associated with Xbox might also play a roll with Xboxes value as a company. Owning Minecraft under the Xbox Umbrella is also a huge value increase since that IP alone is worth $2.5b - $3.0b alone.

Never hold your breath, the only things they have a proven track record this whole gen has been promises and cancellations.

Geez, how could they let something like that happen?  If they can't release a graphics mod for a very popular game, I seriously have even more doubts about how they handle their studios going forward.
