Switch ain't back, they were just not showing up. They were always ranking about where they are now according to the Switch-only chart. Dunno why it's working again now. Btw, Neon Switch is low on stock, so it might slip down soon again.

Doesn't look like it.

The new Switch has a different box. The original has a white background and a TV screen, which the new model has an all red background. So if you know the difference, it's actually fairly easy to differentiate a new model from the old one. However, I haven't seen the new box on Amazon yet. They also have a different serial number, but that's more difficult to track down.
