Again, what has that got to do with adding value to the Xbox brand? The money and revenue Minecraft makes goes straight to Xbox Game Studios which Mojang falls under, thus increases profits under the Xbox banner. Its not about shoving the Xbox flag in peoples faces, its about making money which we cannot deny, Minecraft is making a ton for them. This will play a apart in the overall value for Xbox as its making money off more platforms than Nintendo and Sony are it seems. The Outer Worlds, Bleeding Edge, Phychonaunts 2, Minecraft, Cuphead and future titles all are and will be making Xbox money which adds value to the brand. 

See you've got 2 ways to go with power of a brand, it can either be a financial success or it can be a brand identity success and the numbers suggest that Xbox as a brand makes no where near the money of the Playstation brand so the success then has to be based on the "shoving the xbox flag in peoples faces" and games like Minecraft and Cuphead which have found success on the platforms that weren't Xbox do not shove that flag in the face of players.

So it isn't shoving the flag out there... and it's not creating more revenue, in what way do you think the brand is better? In the future with the new studios? Or a possible Minecraft 2 which would be Scarlett exclusive? I think that would go down like a wet fart personally but might move some people to buy the system... although I think with their pledge to Windows 10 I can't see an exclusive for them staying on the console and not also appearing on Windows PC.
