In the US sure, but there's a whole wide world outside the United States. The majority of the world's population and the console market is outside the US.

Sir I said the US. Quite a few times in my last statement. That was my point about popularity. Even when Koreans and Japanese played their fighting games...it was on the 360. The marketshare in the US is just as large as Japan. It's what helped the 360 beat the PS3 for many years. I'm not trying to a stand for the 360. I'm just pointing out that in one of the 3 largest gaming marketshares...the 360 was top dog. I'm well aware of the world's population being larger outside of the US. No need to take a silent jab at me there.

No jab was intended, my apologies if one was perceived. Yeah, 360 did come out on top in America last gen. But as has been an ongoing problem for the Xbox brand, that's about the only region where it can really challenge the competition, with both Wii and PS3 having a stronger presence in Europe, Japan, and the rest of the world.
