Sony: PS3. It's just a total mess to me
Microsoft: I'll go with the OG Xbox. Xbox never interested me as a PC gamer, but that one made Microsofts focus switch away from PC
Nintendo: The N64. Those early 3D graphics looked horrible back then and look even more horrible now. And a distinct lack of great games to play if you remove the handful of really good ones.
