I don't think there are any id Tech 5 games on Switch. Doom 2016, Wolfenstein II, and Youngblood are all id Tech 6, Doom Eternal will be id Tech 7.
id Tech 5 was used in games like Rage, Wolfenstein the New Order/Old Blood, The Evil Within 1 & 2.
