I actually think a Early Release Switch 2.... in say ~2021, makes sense.
So you have a device thats capable of running a few ports from the PS5/Xb2.

If its fully backwards compatabile with the current Switch, it shouldnt matter too much.

Maybe they even make games future compatabile, ei. Switch 2 games also run on the Switch 1.
The main differnce would be those games run higher resolutions on Switch 2, and lower ones on Switch 1.
