Should the Touchpad, LIghtbar, and Motion sensor stay in the Dualshock 5?

Since its going to be backwards compatible they probably should keep all those features just make the light bar a lot smaller so the battery last longer. I have no idea how terrible the battery life in the dualshock 4 really is since so far I always kept it hooked up to the charge cable.
