Eh, technically it is being misused.  They've got some qualities of fascists like the forcible suppression of opposing views, but fascism is a general right-wing ideology of extreme nationalism.

From a definition POV, it'd be like calling a neo-Nazi a communist.

I understand that and its a state imposed ideology but i'm always very very interested in seeing what he has to say
