I'd rather have no games than exclusive games. There are plenty of developers that do great multiplatform games, exclusivity is not needed at all to make great games.

The ratio of great exclusives vs great mp games disagrees. And with it a very many buyers of Sony and Nintendo exclusives.

Ok, let's take that to a test:

Only 24% of the PS4 games with 90+ MetaCritic are Sony-exclusive (7/29), only 17% are PS4-exclusive (5/29).

Only 13% of the XBO games with 90+ MetaCritic are MicroSoft-exclusive (2/16), 0% are XBO-exclusive (0/16).

Only 36% of the Switch games with 90+ MetaCritic are Nintendo-exclusive (5/14), only 14% are Switch-exclusive (2/14).

So on all three console platforms there are more great multiplatform games than great exclusive games.

And if we count Switch games with 85+ MetaCritic as "great games", only 13% of the great Switch games are Nintendo-exclusive (8/61), only 7% are Switch-exclusive (4/61):
