Starting your thread with condescension always sets the mood right.
If I had to answer the queston I'd guess EA are too busy trying to find their next studio to lobotomise, rather than taking some time to form a health working relationship with Nintendo, and actually putting thought into ways they can profit from the unique Switch market. Priorities.
