Well that's the kind of scope Takahashi has in his vision and ambition so don't be surprised if we get something like that at some point in future remember this is the same man who along with his team brought JRPGs into the full on open world scene, I could easily see him at some point aiming for a massive JRPG like those of old only it would be open world with towns/cities like NLA. The answer to the question is inconclusive you probably wouldn't get much sleep though.
