In a Japanese interview on 4Gamer, Takahashi has revealed that Xenoblade 2 sold more than 1.73 million copies so far.

"I think the environment is gradually getting better. "Xenoblade 2" As a result, we achieved 1.73 million copies worldwide at the end of March 2019."
