This current generation, Sea of Thieves in 4k HDR is the most stunning game like ever.
Forza Horizon 4 another beautiful 4k HDR game.
Cuphead, love the art style.
Uncharted 4 and Hellblade also get a mention.

Older stuff, Gran Turismo on PS1 , Starfox Adventures on GC, Rogue Squadron 2 and 3 on GC.
