As a spectacle, episode 5 was the best of the season so far and the moments between the Hound and Arya, then Jamie and Tyrion are some emotive highlights.

I can see the point everyone is making about the handling of Dany's character. I also think Euron has been completely wasted. The whole thing has just been rushed. Why did they only have 6 episodes again? Dreading that the finale is going to be really haphazard and hamfisted.

Also, Arya could probably have taken a direct hit from a scorpion bolt and lived without a scratch, her plot armour was that thick.
