To me this just seems like drama for the sake of drama. People on the Internet seem to enjoy shitting on others. If you think about it realistically, it becomes clear that the information is coming from a biased source and is therefore exaggerating.
MK11 has a lot of violence, but the development process is massive, and there's more to making a videogame than researching the methods for the fatalities.
