Ubisoft has put so many copy paste open world games out in the time this game has been in development that this just feels awfully generic, a been there done that type game and unfortunately for this game Ubiworlds are just ... better. Performance wise this is a disappointment from a Sony First Party game, so much slowdown and FPS drops even on the latest patch. The "just another generic white male" angle is actually the games strongest point, Deacon is what carries this game from being bad to middle of the road average. Overall 72 meta is accurate and honestly you would be better of playing Farcry 5. |
It did feel like that, open world is over saturated and for something to come along, you have to really have to redefine the genre at this stage for great reviews.
